Appointments & Booking

Bookings are confirmed once we receive your details

You can book online, by phone, or in person

Please arrive 10 minutes early for in-clinic sessions

For online Zoom sessions, join 5 minutes early

Late arrivals may result in shorter sessions
Payments
We offer multiple payment options:
For In-Clinic Sessions:

Pay at the clinic after your session

We accept cash, card, and UPI
For Online Zoom Sessions:

Payment is required before the session starts

We accept UPI payments online
-
A payment link will be shared with you
Booking Slots:

You can book a slot without paying online

Payment can be made at the clinic for in-person visits

For Zoom sessions, payment must be completed before the session begins
Cancellations

Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment

Late cancellations may be charged 50% of the session fee

No-shows will be billed for the full session amount
Refunds

No refunds for completed sessions

If you cancel within 24 hours, no refund will be given

In case of technical issues during Zoom sessions, we will reschedule at no extra cost

Online Zoom Sessions

A stable internet connection is required

We are not responsible for technical issues on your side
